SYDNEY 鈥� April 2, 2025鈥斞悠祇ration (鈥溠悠碘�� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) today announced it has completed the sale of Foxtel Group (鈥淔oxtel鈥�) to DAZN Group Limited (鈥淒AZN鈥�).
The completion of the transaction follows DAZN receiving approval for the acquisition of Foxtel from the Foreign Investment Review Board, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and other regulatory authorities.
At completion, A$592 million in shareholder loans were repaid to 妖精视频, and 妖精视频 received a minority equity interest in DAZN of approximately 6%. 妖精视频鈥檚 Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer Andrew Cramer also joined the board of DAZN effective upon completion, and 妖精视频 and its platforms remain 妖精视频 in their passionate support for Australian sport and entertainment.
